Upon arrival on property, the newly opened and remodeled Discovery Center will serve as a resource for everyone staying at The Highlands and will set the stage for the remainder of their stay at the resort. During the first few years of transformation, the center will serve as a hub for all guests and property owners. Once the Main Lodge is complete, overnight guests at the lodge will check-in at the newly renovated turret lobby and reception; while guests staying at Heather Highlands Inn, Alpine Village, and Ross Cottages will continue to be greeted at the Discovery Center. Every guest to The Highlands deserves special attention and our guest services staff is ready to welcome guests in this brand new area and expansion – designed to take care of our guests and owners with premier hospitality.
